If anyone is looking to memorize common exegetical terms and/or common hermeneutical fallacies, I've added many of them into www.quisition.com. They are taken from the appendices of the book Old Testament Exegesis, by Douglas Stuart.
I have recently signed the Manhattan Declaration and I encourage you to do so as well. Click the link below to see the website and to read the contents of the declaration.
I've been sending this to some missions agencies working in Africa in hopes that this new and free service will be taken advantage of. If you know anyone involved in missions in Africa please pass this information along to them.
To Whom It May Concern,
I'm writing to let you know about an exciting technology which you may not be aware of. Because the majority of African people have access to a cell phone Google is in the process of launching a large SMS (text message) service for Africa. Essentially, anyone in Africa would be able to send a SMS query to a specific Google number and they will receive a response SMS containing the result(s) of their query.
The exciting part about this is that a user could enter the query 'bible john 3:16' and they would receive the text of John 3:16 in response. I am praying that those currently involved in missions in Africa will find this useful.
There is a neat site called Greek and Hebrew Paradigms Quiz which is designed to test users on their parsing ability. I highly encourage you to give it a try and see if it is helpful for you. It looks to me a like a great way to quiz yourself on verbal forms.

Check out the Hebrew Preformatives page. Memorizing the short list on that page will significantly increase one's ability to quickly recognize verbal stem and root.

Check out the Hebrew Vocab Lists page! I will be adding more and more vocab to the page, sorted by frequency.
Also, I plan on adding some vocab that is specific to individual books of the Bible. In other words, if you want to study an Old Testament book in depth then I'll provide a list of vocab that would be helpful for you to know when you approach the book. This will facilitate faster reading of the material with less time spent in the lexicon.
